1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Providing second opinions, guidance, and civil engineering inspections.
  • Connecting clients with independent, licensed professionals (advocates, certified doctors, civil engineers) where formal professional certification is legally mandated.

3. No Guaranteed Legal or Financial Outcomes

While we exercise the highest professional diligence, TrustBridge Consultant Services does not issue absolute warranties or guarantees regarding third-party judicial rulings, sovereign bank OTS decisions, hospital treatment outcomes, or foreign visa approvals. All final decisions rest with the competent statutory or institutional authorities.

4. Accuracy of Client Information

Clients agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and copies of authentic documents when seeking verification or advisory. TrustBridge Consultant Services is not liable for conclusions drawn from forged, doctored, or intentionally misleading information supplied by a client.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, branding, graphics, and structure on this website are the proprietary property of TrustBridge Consultant Services. Reproduction, distribution, or copying without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising out of or related to our services or website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Purnia and Patna, Bihar.
