What exactly is TrustBridge Consultant Services?
We are an independent advisory firm working across Bihar, with our office in Purnia. We help families and business owners with big decisions — checking property papers, checking overseas job offers, matrimonial background checks, supervising home construction and advice on bank loans and debts.
How is TrustBridge different from a broker or dealer?
A broker is paid only when you buy or sign, so they may hide problems or rush you. We don't take commission from sellers, builders or agencies. You pay us a clear fee for honest advice and checks — our only job is to keep you safe.

Property verification
Why is a 30-year property search important?
Old bank loans, family partition disputes or ancestral claims can come back many years later. A 30-year search checks the registry records year by year, to make sure the seller has clear, unbroken ownership and that no bank or other person has a claim on the property.
Do you visit the land in person or only check papers?
We do both. We check the Jamabandi, Khatiyan and Sub-Registrar records, and our surveyors visit the actual plot to check who is in possession, the boundary stones, the approach road and any disputes in the neighbourhood.
Gulf jobs & visa checks
How do you check if an overseas job offer is real?
We check the recruiting agency on the government's MEA e-Migrate portal to confirm it holds a valid licence. We also check that the foreign company is registered, and that the visa is a proper work permit — never a risky tourist visa.
Do you arrange visas or recruit people yourselves?
No. We are not a recruiting agent and we do not sell visas. We are your independent checker and adviser — when you get a job offer or an agent asks for money, we check the papers so you don't lose your savings to fake recruiters.
Building a home
How do you supervise the contractor building my home?
Our civil engineers visit the site at the important stages — foundation, column steel and roof slab casting. We get concrete and steel samples tested in certified labs, and check the contractor's bills before you release any payment.
Bank loans & notices
What should I do if my bank sends a 13(2) SARFAESI notice?
Don't panic, and don't ignore it. You have 60 days to send a formal reply under Section 13(3A). Our banking advisers go through your account statement, recheck any unfair penal interest, and help you propose a realistic One-Time Settlement (OTS) to protect your property.
