-
01
Send your papers
Share the loan sanction letter, latest bank statement and any notices on WhatsApp.
-
02
We check and make a plan
We work out your real dues, remove wrong charges and prepare a reply and settlement proposal.
-
03
Settle and move on
We help present it to the bank or Lok Adalat, so the loan closes cleanly and the calls stop.
Know your rights
Money trouble is not a crime
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) rules protect every borrower from unfair charges and harassment. Most people simply don't know these rules — we explain them and make sure the bank follows them.
Good to know
- Recovery agents may not call before 8 AM or after 7 PM, or call your family and friends
- Abusive language and threats are not allowed
- Hidden or compound penal charges against RBI rules can be challenged
- You have 60 days to reply to a SARFAESI 13(2) notice — never ignore it
- After closing a loan, ask for a No Dues Certificate and your original property papers
Real situations
Real borrowers we have helped
Trader facing a property auction notice
A wholesale trader with a ₹48 lakh cash credit loan got a 13(2) notice. We found ₹6.8 lakh in wrong interest and agreed a settlement at ₹31 lakh, with 6 months to pay.
Calls to office and relatives stopped
A private-sector employee with three personal loans faced abusive calls and shaming at work. After our legal notice to the bank, the harassment stopped within 24 hours.
₹7.5 lakh card dues settled for ₹2.2 lakh
Heavy finance charges had pushed credit card dues to ₹7.5 lakh. We showed the genuine hardship to the bank's settlement team and closed the account for ₹2.2 lakh with a No Dues Certificate.
Wrong 'wilful defaulter' tag removed
A borrower was wrongly reported as a wilful defaulter without any notice. We approached the Banking Ombudsman, the tag was removed and his CIBIL score was restored.
Questions
Questions about loans and legal help
Have a different question? Just call or WhatsApp us — we reply in Hindi or English.
See all questionsCan bank recovery agents come to my home or call my relatives?
Under RBI rules, agents may not call before 8 AM or after 7 PM, call your friends or family, use abusive language, or threaten visits without proper ID. We can stop this quickly with a formal legal notice to the bank.
What is a One-Time Settlement (OTS), and who can apply?
An OTS is an agreement where the bank accepts one lump-sum payment — usually much less than the total claimed — to close an NPA loan for good. Anyone facing genuine business loss, a medical crisis or loss of income can apply under the bank's OTS scheme.
What should I do after getting a SARFAESI 13(2) notice?
Never ignore it. You have 60 days to reply under Section 13(3A). A well-written reply can question the bank's interest calculation and NPA date, and open settlement talks before the bank takes possession.
Will settling a loan ruin my credit score forever?
No. 'Settled' shows on your CIBIL report at first, but that is far better than 'Suit Filed' or 'Wilful Default'. With careful steps after the settlement, your score can be rebuilt in about 12 to 18 months.
Do you also help with legal work that is not about loans?
Yes. Through our empanelled advocates we help with property legal checks and 30-year search reports, sale deeds, power of attorney and rent agreements, company and GST registration, and civil, family and consumer court cases.
